Warranty

All products come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Return Policy
  1. We will accept returns, which are due to major mechanical failure.
  2. For simple parts failure, we will supply replacement parts to the owner.
  3. The proof of purchase date is required (i.e., invoice number, sales slip, packing slip) for warranty verification.
  4. Wheels2Roam must be called for a return authorization before any return will be accepted.  To make claims see our contacts page to choose the method you want to use of notifying us.
  5. Mechanical problems or warranty claims will be assessed.  Upon verification of the terms of warranty for products/parts replacement, a repair work will be done and the customer will be notified when it's complete.
  6. A Restocking Fee of 20% will be applied to all returned scooters.
