Warranty

All Citybug products come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Return Policy
  1. We will accept returns, which are due to major mechanical failure or shipping damage.
  2. For simple parts failure, we will supply replacement parts to the owner.
  3. The proof of purchase date is required (i.e., invoice number, sales slip, packing slip) for warranty verification.
  4. Wheels2Roam (CH&A, Inc.) must be called for a return authorization before any return will be accepted.  To make claims and receive you see our contacts page to choose the method you want to use of notifying us.
  5. Mechanical problems or warranty claims will be assessed.  Upon verification of the terms of warranty for products/parts replacement, a Return Authorization Number will be issued.
  6. If the return is due to shipping damage, the shipper must be contacted to complete a damage report.  Upon receipt of the completed original shipper's report by Wheels2Roam (CH&A, Inc.).  Wheels2Roam will arrange for the return shipping of the damaged scooter.  Upon return of the scooter, Wheels2Raom will perform an inspection to verify that all parts of the scooter have been received.  Once verified Wheels2Roam will reship the scooter to the customer at no cost, or will credit the customer's account.
  7. A Restocking Fee of 20% will be applied to all returned orders.
