Pricing & availability: Product is subject to change
without notice. All orders will be processed at the price in
effect at he time of shipment.
Terms: You can pay by Visa, MasterCard.
Security: We have taken precaution to issuer that no
one will be able to get your credit card number off of our
site. All transactions on our site are secure using the
latest technology on an SSL secure server. Your credit card
number will be encrypted to prevent online theft.
Sales Tax: Florida residents will be charged sales
tax on all orders.
Shipping & Handling: All orders for U.S. residents
are shipped by UPS and will require a signature. Our
shipping and handling fees are based on the overall cost of
your order. Where multiple items are ordered it is possible
your shipping cost will be lower than what was calculated on
line. Orders to be shipped out of the Continental United
States will be called or e-mailed shipping cost before your
order is processed.
Delivery times: All in stock orders will be filled
Monday through Friday within 24 hours of receiving your
order. All orders are shipped out of Florida - shipping time
will vary depending on your location. Most all orders
shipped to the Continental United States will be received
within 2 to 7 business days.
Warranty: All Wheels2Roam.com products come with a
90-day warranty from date of purchase.
Returns: We will accept returns, which are due to
major mechanical failure or shipping damage. For simple
parts failure, we will supply replacement parts to the
owner. Proof of purchase date is required (i.e., invoice
number, sales slip, packing slip) for warranty verification.
CH&A, Inc. must be contacted for a return authorization before
any return will be accepted. If the return is due to
shipping damage, the shipper must be contacted to complete a
damage report. Upon receipt of the completed original
shipper’s report by CH&A, Inc. will arrange for the return
shipping of the damaged scooter. Upon return of the scooter,
CH&A, Inc. will perform an inspection to verify that all
parts of the scooter have been received. Once verified CH&A,
Inc. will reship the scooter to the customer at no cost or,
will credit the customer’s account.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all
returned orders. |
